Food Production Operator

We are looking for a Food Production Operator to join our team of Kitchen Brigades and assist with the preparation and presentation of our foods. You will be prepping vegetables, cooking meats, fish and chicken, mixing ingredients, managing stocks, washing and cleaning vegetables and fruits.

Requirements
  • have a good level of education
  • be able to communicate in written and spoken English (preferably Maltese too)
  • have a smart personal appearance
  • be reliable, trustworthy and responsible
  • possess a clean police conduct certificate
  • possess good organisational and communication skills
  • be eager to learn and ready to work as part of a team
  • be flexible in terms of tasks to be carried out
  • be capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision
