Crew Member
Job Summary:
We’re looking for enthusiastic full-time and part-time Crew Members at Dr. Juice to provide outstanding customer service, prepare high-quality juices and food items, and help maintain a clean, safe, and positive store environment. In this role, you’ll bring our commitment to healthy living to life, creating a welcoming experience for every guest while supporting our mission to promote health and wellness.
Job Purpose:
As a Crew Member at Dr. Juice, you’ll provide friendly, efficient service, prepare high-quality juices and food, and maintain a clean, welcoming store. You’ll help bring our mission of health and wellness to life while supporting smooth daily operations and a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting guests and ensuring a welcoming, positive experience throughout their visit.
- Prepare and serve juices, smoothies, and all menu items according to Dr. Juice standards for quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Carry out Juiceinator duties, including expertly operating juicing equipment,
preparing fresh ingredients, ensuring correct portioning, and maintaining high standards of speed, accuracy, and cleanliness during beverage preparation. - Operate the cash register efficiently: scan items, process cash or card payments, issue receipts, and manage loyalty rewards or coupons.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter, equipment, preparation areas, and dining space to uphold company hygiene requirements.
- Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate shortages or
discrepancies to management. - Follow all food safety, health, and safety regulations, reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Support daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Uphold Dr. Juice’s values by promoting healthy living, demonstrating strong product knowledge, and fostering a positive team environment.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager to ensure smooth store operations.
Requirements:
- A good understanding of English, verbal and written.
- Valid food handling certificate, demonstrating knowledge of safe food preparation and hygiene practices.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly, positive, and approachable attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and maintain high energy during busy periods.
- Willingness to follow company policies, food safety regulations, and operational procedures consistently.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and gain product knowledge, including juice preparation, ingredient benefits, and health-focused offerings.
