Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Outlet Cleaner to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across our outlet. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and customers by efficiently handling cleaning, waste management, and basic support tasks. This role is essential to smooth operations and helps the team focus on delivering excellent service.

 

Job Purpose:

The Outlet Cleaner plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment across the outlet. By handling cleaning, waste management, and basic support tasks, this role ensures smooth operations and allows other staff to focus on customer service and day-to-day outlet activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize floors, surfaces, equipment, and customer areas to maintain high hygiene standards.
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools efficiently.
  • Dispose of waste properly and manage recycling according to procedures.
  • Assist with basic preparation tasks, such as peeling, chopping, or portioning
    ingredients when needed.
  • Store, label, and rotate stock correctly to ensure freshness and safety.
  • Inspect equipment and report any damage or malfunctions promptly.
  • Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
  • Support outlet staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
  • Communicate effectively with team members about cleaning needs or issues.
  • Work efficiently under pressure, maintaining attention to detail and stamina for manual tasks.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Previous experience in a kitchen, catering, or cleaning role is an advantage but not essential.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices is desirable.
  • Physical stamina to handle long hours, lifting, and manual tasks.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness
    standards.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
