Office Administrator

Position Overview

The Office Administrator will be responsible for various administrative and clerical tasks. The duties will include being of support to management and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company`s general administrative activities.

Duties and Responsabilites
  • Performing general administrative duties such as filling paperwork, scanning documents, responding to emails and answering telephone calls.
  • Monitoring, restocking and utilising standard office equipment
  • Updating the company database by inputting financial and HR data
  • Processing, receiving, sorting and distributing a variety of documents, deliveries and mail.
  • Respond to general queries and requests and direct them to the necessary personnel
  • Track recruitment and job postings, conduct interviews & employment verification, process and track personnel recruitment and engagement
  • Assist in payroll management, preparation and payment
  • Assist in employee work permit applications
  • Any other duties as deem fit from time to time.
  • Manage Outlet Licenses & Insurances.
  • Replying Social Media messages.
  • Assist the FC in Cash Reconciliation once a week
  • Maintain, schedule and coordinate calendar activities
  • Help in organizing and managing the new employee orientation, on-boarding and training programs.

Requirements
● Knowledge of MS office and similar software
● Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
● Previous working experience in an office environment is highly considered as an asset.
